날씨가 쌀쌀할때 뜨끈한 국물 생각나지요.
버섯.당면 넣고 소불고기전골을 만들었습니다.

재료 3ㅡ4인분
소불고기300g.양파1/2개.당근.쪽파ㅡ조금.청.홍고추2개씩.청경채(배추).불린당면조금.버섯류.설탕1/2큰술.
멸치.다시마조금씩.다진마늘1큰술.진간장2큰술.국간장1큰술.까나리2큰술.참기름1큰술.후추.맛술1큰술

만드는 방법
1.육수
멸치.다시마팩을 물에 넣고 20분 끓임 (강불ㅡ약불)

2.불고기양념
볼에 소고기300g.진간장2큰술
.설탕1/2큰술.맛술1큰술.후추.다진마늘1큰술.참기름1큰술 조물조물 섞음

3.야채썰기
*버섯류 모양대로 썰기
*쪽파4센치
*당근 편으로썰기
*청홍고추.양파 채썰기
*대파 어슷썰기
*청경채 씻어준비

4.당면
당면 찬물에 1시간이상ㅡ하루밤

5.냄비담고 끓이기
*양파.청고추.소고기 바닥에 펼쳐가면 담고
*나머지 재료 돌아가면서 담음
*가운데 당면.소고기 이쁘게 담음
*소고기 위에 육수 넣어줌
모든 야채 잠길정도 넣어줌
*최종간 국간장 1큰술.맛소금
까나리1-2큰술 넣고 끓임

Ingredients
